North American Cabinet — Back to website

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how North American Cabinet handles information through this website and when you contact us about cabinetry, quotes, or our cabinet buyback program.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, project budget, project details, and any cabinet photographs or other files you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, prepare a quote, and provide requested services. Please do not submit payment-card details, government identification, or other sensitive information through our general contact forms. Before sharing photographs, remove location metadata and avoid including people or private documents.

Website activity, cookies, and Google services

This website uses Google Tag Manager to manage Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. These services help measure website visits, traffic sources, phone-link clicks, and successful quote-form submissions when forms are enabled. A phone-link click does not by itself indicate a completed call.

Google and other website service providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, page URLs, referring pages, cookie identifiers, and interactions. Cookies and similar technologies can help measure advertising effectiveness and associate a visit or conversion with an advertisement. Our current form-success and phone-click tracking sends event names rather than the contents of your contact-form fields.

Learn more about how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services and read Google’s Privacy Policy.

Maps and links to other services

Our pages include Google Maps and links to third-party websites, including social media. Loading embedded content may allow its provider to receive technical information and use cookies, even if you do not interact with it. Your use of another provider’s website or service is governed by that provider’s privacy policy.

Service providers and information sharing

Operating the website and responding to inquiries involves providers of hosting, email, website support, analytics, and advertising services. Information relevant to those functions may be processed by these providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. Contact us if you have questions about how information relating to your project is handled.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to provide optional information. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies, although some website features may not work as expected. Google provides advertising preferences and a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. These controls do not necessarily prevent all collection by every service.

You may contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop nonessential communications. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Applicable law and the need to retain records for an ongoing project, security, or legal obligations may affect what we can delete or provide. This policy does not itself enroll you in a marketing text-message program.

Retention and security

How long information is retained depends on its purpose, the status of your inquiry or project, applicable recordkeeping obligations, and the settings of the service processing it. Contact us for information about a particular record. No website, email service, or transmission method can guarantee complete security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as website features or information practices change. The date above identifies the most recent update.
